Backend / Fullstack Developer
- Direct Client & Partner Collaboration: Acted as a technical point of contact alongside the Tech Lead within a 7-member squad — working directly with clients and partner engineering teams (VitaDairy, UrBox, MoMo Payment Gateway, Salesforce CRM) to clarify business workflows, align API contracts & webhook schemas, and resolve integration issues during UAT and production rollout.
- Loyalty, Coin Accumulation & Lucky Draw Services: Developed and maintained backend microservices (NestJS, Java Spring Boot 3, Apache Kafka) for enterprise loyalty and gamification campaigns — handling user coin accumulation, lucky draw turns, affiliate tracking events, MoMo reward transfers, and Salesforce member data synchronization.
- Reward Redemption & Data Consistency: Implemented safe point deduction, gift quota tracking, and automated fallback backup-voucher issuance using the Transactional Outbox pattern, idempotency keys, and Redis distributed locks (cache-aside), ensuring data consistency across multi-tenant PostgreSQL databases and preventing race conditions during peak campaign traffic.
- Production Planning MVP – Solo Delivery & Direct Client Feedback (SNY VINA): Worked directly with client stakeholders (gathering requirements, demonstrating MVP iterations, and incorporating live factory feedback) to independently build and deploy a production planning web app (Next.js 14, Prisma 5.22, PostgreSQL on Neon, Vercel) via an AI-assisted workflow — replacing 4 manual Excel files across 40 weaving machines with 2-step transactional Excel imports (Preview & Confirm), PostgreSQL table-level locking, and optimistic concurrency control (409 Conflict).
- Agentic AI Workflow & MCP Automation: Orchestrated Claude Code and Codex agents using custom Rules & Skills integrated with Context7 MCP (for grounded, up-to-date documentation to prevent code hallucinations) and Playwright MCP (for automated E2E browser testing), accelerating boilerplate generation, Flyway SQL migrations, and feature delivery by ~30%.
