  • Direct client & partner collaboration — technical point of contact alongside the Tech Lead in a 7-member squad, working with VitaDairy, UrBox, MoMo Payment Gateway and Salesforce CRM to align API contracts & webhook schemas and resolve integration issues during UAT and rollout.
  • Loyalty, coin accumulation & lucky draw services — backend microservices (NestJS, Java Spring Boot 3, Apache Kafka) for enterprise loyalty/gamification campaigns: coin accumulation, lucky draw turns, affiliate events, MoMo reward transfers, Salesforce member sync.
  • Reward redemption & data consistency — safe point deduction, gift quota tracking and fallback backup-voucher issuance using the Transactional Outbox pattern, idempotency keys and Redis distributed locks (cache-aside) across multi-tenant PostgreSQL, preventing race conditions during peak campaign traffic.
  • Production Planning MVP (SNY VINA) — solo delivery: production planning web app (Next.js 14, Prisma 5.22, PostgreSQL on Neon, Vercel) built with direct client feedback; replaced 4 manual Excel files across 40 weaving machines with 2-step transactional Excel imports (Preview & Confirm), PostgreSQL table-level locking and optimistic concurrency control (409 Conflict).

Case 01

Event-driven loyalty platform

TESO Global × VitaDairy / UrBox / MoMo / Salesforce

Multi-partner enterprise integrations moving loyalty points, affiliate events, and reward redemptions through an asynchronous backbone. NestJS and Spring Boot 3 microservices publish and consume Kafka topics for webhooks and real-time flows, while the Transactional Outbox pattern plus idempotent consumers keeps every point conversion exactly-once in spirit — even across cluster failovers.

Outcome

Redis distributed locks and cache-aside eliminated race conditions during peak redemption spikes; PoCs were run directly with partner engineering teams, from API contracts to webhook schemas.

FIORA financial SaaS backend

Hopper Solution — freelance

Core backend services for a financial SaaS platform, designed from the schema up. Relational modeling with Prisma, deliberate indexing on ledger-critical paths, and query optimization shaped around one rule: the books must always reconcile. Services ship containerized via AWS Copilot behind layered auth, with Firebase token-based authentication for clients.

Outcome

Ledger-grade integrity by design — composite indexes on ledger-critical paths, query plans tuned to real access patterns, Firebase token auth on every route, and containerized deploys via AWS Copilot, so the books reconcile line by line.

Case 03

Production Planning MVP

SNY VINA — solo delivery

A factory production planning web app built solo, end to end, with a direct feedback loop from the factory floor. It replaced 4 manual Excel files used to schedule 40 weaving machines with a single transactional system: planners upload a plan, preview it, and confirm — a 2-step Excel import guarded by PostgreSQL table-level locking and optimistic concurrency control that returns a clean 409 Conflict instead of silently overwriting a colleague's work.

Outcome

Deployed to production on Vercel with PostgreSQL on Neon, iterated live with direct factory feedback until the manual spreadsheet workflow was fully retired.
